Frequently asked questions

How do you stay focused at poker?

Focus is built by identifying your conditions for concentration, the signs you are losing attention, your distractions and what puts you in the zone. This questionnaire walks you through these 4 dimensions to build your own action plan.

What do the 4 categories of the questionnaire mean?

Focus during a session: what gets you focused and for how long. Losing focus: how you notice you are slipping and when. Distractions: what pulls you away from the game. Zone: what your flow state looks like and how to reach it.

How do I get my focus plan as a PDF?

Answer the questions that speak to you, by ticking suggestions or adding your own answers, then click "Download / print my plan". The browser print window lets you choose "Save as PDF" to get a clean focus sheet, ready to print.

Do I need an account to use the tool?

No. You can answer the questions and print your plan as a PDF without any account. Creating a free account only lets you save your plan in the app to find it again and keep refining it.

What does "Save to my account" do?

Your focus plan is set aside in the browser, then you are redirected to account creation. Once signed in, it automatically appears in the Mental, Focus section of the app, ready to be completed.
