That is why we offer a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee from the date of your subscription.
How to Request a Refund
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us by email at: support@poker-toolkit.com.
Your email must include the email address associated with your Poker Toolkit account. We also encourage you to share the reason for your request so we can improve our services.
We want to understand what did not meet your expectations. If your dissatisfaction is due to a technical issue, a missing feature, or a difficulty using the platform, our team will do its best to find a suitable solution.
This help is optional: the full refund of your subscription is subject to no condition other than the fourteen (14) day period.
Conditions
- The refund request must be sent by email to support@poker-toolkit.com within fourteen (14) days of the subscription date.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of subscription, within fourteen (14) days of the request.
- The refund results in the immediate cancellation of the subscription and the end of access to the Website's features.
After 14 Days
After the fourteen (14) day period, no refund will be issued. The User may however cancel their subscription at any time; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our team remains available at any time. If you encounter a technical issue, a bug, or any difficulty using the platform, feel free to contact us at support@poker-toolkit.com and we will do our best to find a solution together.

You do not have to use this form: a simple email to support@poker-toolkit.com stating that you wish to withdraw is enough. If you prefer to use it, copy it, fill it in and send it by email to support@poker-toolkit.com, or by post to the address below.
